For agencies, the relationship is straightforward: you manage your clients and project scope; we support the hosting, maintenance, and development.

We update sites every week and when vulnerabilities are disclosed. We monitor around the clock with on-call teams. Backup copies are kept in separate locations in the United States.
The details matter: daily backups and 30-day retention are the default, while backup frequency, retention, staging, and response times depend on your plan.
